PROFILE
Artistic photographer, Richard Sasso expresses himself in his use of photographic techniques creating enduring compositions. One is easily attracted to his outdoor garden scenes, images of rural and city life, as well as to the contrasts of lights and shadows and textural effects captured in foliage, architecture and various other surfaces.
Richard was Associate Publisher and Vice President of Technology for Scientific American magazine. He retired in 2000, after 36 years, and now runs his own publishing consulting firm. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University and later taught part-time at New York University for 15 years.
